The Food & Beverage supervisor plays a key leadership role in creating exceptional member experiences by ensuring consistent high quality service across all dining banquet and event outlets.This position leads front line service teams with a focus on hospitality operational excellence training and development and team engagement aligned with Kalamazoo Country Club's vision of elevating the club dining experience.
