Job Summary:

Exact, Inc. (A division of Chancey Metals, LLC) is a seeking qualified individuals to join their team. The company is hiring both experienced individuals and entry-level applicants with limited powder coat experience, providing training and support for career development. Powder Coat Applicators will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work area, operating powder coating equipment, coating surfaces, performing touch-ups, ensuring quality standards, and following instructions. Strong teamwork, physical fitness for lifting up to 75 lbs, and the ability to work in confined spaces are required.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Keep work area safe and clean
• Clean and maintain powder coating equipment
• Coat prepped surfaces
• Final touch-ups
• Maintain quality
• Avoid touch-up through proper layout and racking of parts

Required Skills/Abilities:

• All applicants must be able to follow directions
• Be able to lift and move 75 lbs
• Be able to work in confined spaces
• Must be capable of documenting batch numbers and trace-ability paperwork
• Must be self- motivated
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Bi-Lingual is a plus

Education and Experience:

• Previous Powder Coating Experience a plus
• Painting experience 1-year

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and how continuous improvement
