Position Summary:

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining equipment to operate in the safest and most productive condition, troubleshooting, monitoring, adjusting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery throughout AAE.

The following are the essential job functions:

• Work with electrical motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• Repair, install, adjust, modify, and service all equipment.
• Evaluate equipment reliability and take actions to improve performance.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of heavy machinery safety (LOTO)
• Minimum of three years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Skilled experience in the areas of mechanics, pneumatic, hydraulic, welding, and electrical.
• Ability to work with a programmable logic controller (PLC) for troubleshooting.
• Specialized in Industrial Maintenance and technology.
• Complete work orders in a safe manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Ability to learn all manufacturing processes.

Working Environment:

• Comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move equipment or parts that weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete physical tasks as needed.
