- The Clinical Nurse 2 Colleague independently provides patient care through the application of the nursing process and accepts accountability for the nursing care of assigned patients. Assigned patients may range in age from infancy to the elderly.

Penn Medicine at Home (PMAH) is hiring an experienced Hospice RN to service patients in our Philadelphia and Greater Philadelphia territories.
This is a great opportunity for an RN to truly become a partner in patient care and work at the top of their license, while impacting their community.
At PMAH, we break down our clinician treatment areas by towns/zip codes to keep commuting time to a minimum.Areas covered by this position may include:

Responsibilities:
