    Overview:

    Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air, & Electric is currently seeking a Full-Time - Night Customer Service Representative to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our customer service representatives answer calls from existing and potential customers while using the Service Titan system for tracking information, troubleshooting, and providing information about products and services. In addition, our CSR's schedule service appointments and update customer's accounts.

    Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is one of the fastest growing Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical companies in the DFW Metroplex and has been named a Top 100 Places to Work by the Dallas Morning News five times.

    The schedule will be:

    Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 8am-5pm (Off Tuesday and Sunday)

    Responsibilities:

    Do I have What it Takes?

    • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
    • 1-year customer service experience within the Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical trades.
    • Prior experience using Service Titan is a must.
    • Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
    • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications.
    • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and must be able to sit for long periods of time.
    • Must be able to work evenings and weekends when needed.
    Qualifications:

    What Will I Do?

    • Successfully handle high volume inbound customer service calls.
    • Respond to e-mail inquiries.
    • Expedite unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
    • Maintain accurate customer information and scheduled appointment details.
    • Actively promote additional services or products when applicable.
