West Florida Periodontics & Implant Dentistry is seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty practice. We provide advanced periodontal and implant care in a modern, team-oriented environment focused on clinical excellence and exceptional patient experiences.

What You'll Do

• Assist with periodontal and implant surgical procedures
• Patient education and discussion of treatment needs
• Chart review to prepare for daily cases
• Prepare and break down surgical rooms efficiently
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols
• Support patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
• Take radiographs and assist with digital workflows
• Maintain organized clinical spaces and instruments
• Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver excellent care

What We're Looking For

• Dental assisting experience required (periodontal or surgical experience strongly preferred)
• Radiography Training and Certificate -REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and excellent clinical organization
• Professional, calm, and confident chairside presence
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to take direction and integrate into established clinical systems
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

About Our Practice

Position Details

• Full-time: Monday-Thursday, 1-2 Fridays (Half-Day) per Month
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience
• Paid time off and benefits available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
