The Inside Sales Representative serves as a primary point of contact for both inbound and outbound client communications delivering high level customer service ensuring accurate information flow across internal teams to support sales technical coordination operational success.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming client calls inquiries professional timely manner serve key contact clients clear consistent communication conduct follow-up issued quotes client inquiries support sales process gather document complete project details including scope location timelines client requirements prepare review issue project quotations accordance established pricing structures templates internal guidelines ensure standard project quotations issued within hours receiving complete request maintain accurate records client interactions project details quotations CRM tracking system identify when project requirements exceed standard quoting general knowledge route technical questions appropriate subject matter expert SME based service area coordinate SMEs obtain technical input needed scoping pricing review incoming bids update Kaamsey up-to-date bid board prepare organize paperwork bids contracts vendor applications maintain proposal content resumes references staff certifications master templates assist proposal writing formatting submissions support business certification applications renewals compliance requirements provide professional accurate timely communication clients internal teams adhere company procedures quoting timelines documentation standards information handoff perform other duties assigned business needs
