- Financial Statements - Prepare GAAP monthly / quarterly financial statement packets, including supporting documentation and schedules, for multiple privately held entities including consolidations. Review & analyze property management financial statements monthly, including actual to budget variance comments review.
- Bank Reconciliations - Prepare assigned bank reconciliations monthly.
- Retail Property Management - Assist with day‐to‐day functions as it relates to tenant file maintenance in the accounting system, Accounts Receivable tracking, monthly tenant billings, and cash receipt posting to tenants' accounts. Also, prepare monthly retail financial statements.
- Tax Season - Prepare year‐end financial statements and tax packages to be sent to Certified Public Accountant for various entities. Assist with tax returns reviews. Income tax return knowledge a plus.
- Lender & NOI reporting - Prepare reports and lender reporting packets per lender requirements or as requested by ownership.
- Audits - Provide support and assistance to the manager for the coordination of annual audits.
- CAM Budgets & CAM Reconciliations - Prepare annual CAM budgets and reconciliations. Coordination with retail property manager key to completing timely.
- Assist management with all other special projects and tasks as directed
- Other reporting as needed
- Assist with Bank Loan Draws
- Other areas as needed Key Skills 1. Yardi Software experience 2. Real Estate and Property Management accounting experience

- Bachelor's degree - required in Accounting or Finance
- Accounting background ‐ experience in the accounting of operating apartment properties and related reporting preferred
- Real Estate Accounting - Minimum 5 years of experience in the current market environment a must.
- Monthly financial statements ‐ experienced in preparing and analyzing monthly financial statements

SUMMARY:
Senior Accountant needs to maintain accounting practices and internal controls of Hutton Companies and its subordinate entities.
Assist the CFO and Accounting Team in preparing financial operations, maintaining fiscal records, and preparing financial statements and related reports for the entities.
Prepare all the financial reporting for Hutton Companies for the successful management of the entities.Yardi Enterprise Experience is a must. Superuser is preferred.
This is a 100% onsite position and no remote work.
