- Remove contents from envelopes/packages
- Identify and process system rejects
- Assemble documents in proper order
- Review source documents
- Key data into pre-formatted fields
- Proofread, identify and correct errors to ensure accuracy
- Scan documents and adjust color, brightness, and size
- Scan barcode on file jackets to update file movement within system
- Meet contract performance requirements and acceptable quality levels for assigned tasks to achieve contract compliance
- Perform General Clerk duties in mail room and file room as workload requirements dictate

- Willingness to work overtime/extra hours when needed
- Ability to meet physical demands
- Ability to meet typing (wpm) and accuracy requirement
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment credit check
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security Clearance
