Are you a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing commercial deals?
EverLine Coatings & Services is a rapidly growing commercial pavement maintenance company serving property managers, retail centers, medical campuses, HOAs, and industrial facilities throughout Prince George's County and Southern Maryland.
We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative focused on business development to drive growth in our territory.
This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential for a self-starter who enjoys prospecting, relationship-building, and closing.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build relationships with commercial property managers and facility managers
- Conduct site visits and perform take-offs
- Prepare and present proposals
- Manage pipeline in CRM
- Follow up consistently and close contracts
- Work closely with operations to ensure project execution
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (commercial services preferred)
- Hunter mentality – comfortable generating own leads
- Strong relationship builder
- Organized and CRM disciplined
- Comfortable reading site plans / performing measurements (training provided)
- Valid driver's license
