- Oversee daily operations of 1st shift Sanitation department and plant manufacturing operations.
- Ensure fulfillment of all production requirements and strive for distributor/customer satisfaction.
- Establish and manage a proficient supervisory team.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
- Continuously analyze operations to enhance cost-efficiency, quality, and service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Contribute actively to long-term facility planning through research, justification, and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with sanitary, quality, and consistency standards within assigned area.
- Engage in the development, execution, and upkeep of Total Quality Management (TQM) procedures.
- Participate in capital expenditure requests, budgeting, and goal establishment.
- Ensure scheduled preventive maintenance for all department equipment.
- Minimum 5 years of plant sanitation experience in the food or beverage manufacturing sector.
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience is essential.
- Familiarity with Hazard Analysis Control Critical Process (HACCP) and related protocols.
- Fluency in English/Spanish is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree is a positive asset.
