    Responsibilities


    • Performs diagnostic imaging to support quality patient care.
    • Demonstrate proper communication skills to ensure positive outcomes.
    • Support organization priorities to maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
    • Provide quality customer service to patients, families, coworkers, and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team to create a professional and respectful environment.
    • Demonstrates problem-solving skills to support positive outcomes.
    Qualifications

    Job Requirements


    • Associate's degree in sonography
    • May substitute degree for graduation from an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology. Cross-trained pathway requires at least one year of experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist. Preference will be given to technologist registered in ultrasound by the ARDMS or ARRT.
    • Must be registered by the ARDMS as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT).
    • Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.

    • Prefer registry in multiple Ultrasound specialties.
