We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Appointment Supervisor to lead and coach our team of Inside Sales and Appointment Specialists. The role involves supervising the team, training new members, refining skills and helping individuals reach their full potential while supporting overall department goals.Responsibilities
- Supervise, support and coach Inside Sales and Appointment Specialists to ensure consistent performance.
- Makes outbound calls to warm leads.
- Schedule, confirm and support high-quality in-home consultation appointments.
