The Office of Financial Aid at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science invites applications for a full-time Financial Aid Counselor position The Job is responsible for coordinating all aspects of financial aid for students including processing financial aid file management and counseling students on loan options scholarship opportunities and debt managementResponsibilities
- Exercise advanced professional discretion in developing comprehensive student support strategies addressing unique financial circumstances through targeted individualized counseling interventions
- Assist with audits preparation and internal compliance data compliance
- Conduct sophisticated financial aid data analytics to inform institutional decision-making and student support frameworks
- Collaborate strategically in developing comprehensive Student Financial Assistance SFA policy and procedural guidelines/li>Design and deliver specialized financial literacy presentations tailored to distinct academic program populations emphasizing targeted debt management strategies/li>Provide comprehensive financial aid counseling through multiple engagement platforms delivering expert guidance on application processes eligibility requirements disbursement protocols and repayment mechanisms/li>Demonstrate unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity and confidentiality/li>Maintain current knowledge of federal state and institutional financial aid regulations including Title IV requirements /li>
