    Accounting & Cancellations Clerk

    We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to bridge the gap between our finance and insurance department and the accounting office.

    This critical role is responsible for finalizing aftermarket cancellations and managing dealership deposits on a daily basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is paramount, this position may be suitable for you.

    • Audit & Submit: Review all cancellation requests from finance and insurance for accuracy, then submit them to product providers (gap protection, vehicle service contracts) in a timely manner to ensure prompt refunds.
    • Follow-Through: Track pending refunds and apply credits to the correct accounts and lienholders with precision.
    • Problem Solving: Resolve
