The Role The senior NBA developer role is primarily responsible for NBA administration, configuration, development, and delivery of features that provide maximum value to our stakeholders The Main Responsibilities + Develop and implement Pega NBA solutions to support business strategies and objectives + Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications + Design and develop decision strategies using Pega NBA + Ensure the high-quality and efficient performance of Pega NBA applications + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega NBA with other systems + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other NBA developers + Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices What We Look For in a Candidate + Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega/NBA development + Minimum 3 years of experience integrating NBA with backend systems + Strong understanding of Pega's AI and decision capabilities + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Preferred + Bachelor's degree + Agile methodology experience + JIRA feature creation and management Compensation The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.

Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
