manage transfer portal for current athletes,
and leverage analytics to identify undervalued talent.
- Recruit new clients: Identify and pitch top high school,
transfer portal, and international prospects - Transfer portal management: Monitor eligibility windows,
advise current clients on optimal timing and destinations - Data-driven scouting: Use Synergy,Cleaning
the Glass,Basketball Reference ESPN analytics to build evaluation models - Crm management: Track prospects update deal pipelines maintain systematic outreach workflows
