OverviewAs a Business Analyst at Maker, you will help the Maker identify the MQLs and source the best talent for its global team.

Maker is building a global remote team so there will be a lot of learning on the go and iteration on our process and strategy, you'll need to adapt to the new challenges.

ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources:
Sourcing and prospecting relevant talent for the technical & non-technical rolesReaching out to the profiles through tools like LinkedIn recruiter, Gem, etcUsing Applicant Tracking Systems and set up interviews with hiring managers

Sales Operations:

Researching new leads as per the Ideal Customer Profile for MakerShortlisting and scoring the leads based upon parameters like technology, revenue, web engagement, etc.

Working with data mining tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless, etcSourcing the relevant contacts in personas like C-suite, marketing, design, etcCreating advanced reports and analysis for sales operations using Salesforce, Google data studioRequirements:Undergraduate degree.

1-2 years of experience.
Experience running a high-volume of prospecting phone calls and emails on a daily basisPreferred- Inclination towards market research for sales, hiring for a SaaS CompanyAttention to detail, competitive spirit, high energy, self-motivated team playerExcellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills

Job Type:
Full-time, Monday- Friday 9 am - 7 pm IST (1 hour lunch break)

Location:
India (Remote, work from home)
