    Job Title

    The Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a vital role in representing the company's culture and values.

    • Coordinates meetings with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
    • Drafts, reviews, and sends communications for the CEO.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support

    • Manages physical mail and updates spreadsheets.
    • Creates PowerPoint presentations and maintains corporate filing systems.
    • Maintains a clean and organized office environment.

    Meetings and Travel

    • Coordinates virtual and in-person meetings for the CEO.
    • Arranges travel itineraries as requested.

    Employee Support

    • Coordinates employee appreciation activities.
    • Assists with recruiting processes, including posting job descriptions and screening resumes.

    Financial Management

    • Enters vendor invoices into QuickBooks and sets up payments.
    • Deposits checks and receives payments in QuickBooks.

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
