Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for an 8-week contract assignment inParkersburg, WV.
This role provides overall clinical leadership and operational oversight of nursing services,
ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with state and federal regulations.
The ideal candidate is a confident nursing leader with strong clinical expertise,
proven staff management experience, and in-depth knowledge of long-term care regulatory standards.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or Compact License
- Prior experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) required
