    About the Role

    We are seeking a Core Accounting Systems Manager to implement and innovate our technology stack across Finance and Accounting. The successful candidate will ensure seamless operation of core accounting systems, lead system enablement teams, collaborate with IT teams, and provide expertise in IT-related SOX risks.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Ensure seamless operation of ERP Netsuite, revenue systems, and payroll platforms.
    • Lead system enablement teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver innovative solution designs.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to maximize the value of data, tools, and technologies.
    • Provide expertise in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating IT-related SOX risks.

    What We Are Looking For:

    • A strong background in technology with a passion for solving complex challenges.
    • Deep expertise with ERP systems like Netsuite, with in-depth knowledge of revenue recognition and payroll systems.
    • Possess leadership abilities to inspire and guide high-performing teams.
    • Experience in finance systems management, particularly in a public company or through IPO processes.
    • A comprehensive understanding of SOX requirements, technology trends, and IT project management.
