    General Summary


    The Sales Manager, Global Accounts is responsible for maximizing Amprius Technologies' market share and sales opportunities by promoting product growth and providing development, management, and account direction for assigned accounts.

    The position is accountable for new and emerging strategic business creation as well as building account relationships at all organizational levels.

    This role reports to VP of Business Development

    Essential Job Responsibilities

    Establishes account plans.

    Develops strong, effective relationships.

    Manages assigned account(s)

    Establishes and tactically implements market penetration plans.

    Facilitates pricing coordination for assigned accounts.

    Reviews, maintains, and assures effective implementation and execution of customer contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Vendor Managed Inventories (VMIs), etc.

    Experience with analyzing and preparing forecasts and estimates

    Coordinate with internal teams in support of customer requirements and engagement

    Miscellaneous Job Responsibilities

    Represent Amprius at tradeshow and other industry events as-needed

    Performs other job-related responsibilities and duties, as assigned

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree. MBA Preferred.

    2+ years of experience in sales or marketing in an electronic-related or other technical industry.

    Experience interfacing with OEMs and/or Tier-One customers/suppliers.

    Strong ability and flexibility to successfully work among fast-paced cross-functional teams.

    Demonstrated ability to execute strategies

    Superior communications skills, both locally and globally

    Advanced negotiation and consultative skills

    Business and financial acumen

    Experience with sales analytics

    Demonstrated success in managing an extensive product portfolio

    Ability to understand customer needs and develop mutually beneficial solutions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in Project Management or Consulting

    Experience in Manufacturing sales.

    Experience in sales data collection and analysis.

    Marketing and market planning knowledge.

    Knowledge of target-market industries.

    Previous budgetary and/or forecasting responsibilities.

    Travel

    Frequent domestic and infrequent international travel.

    Physical Requirements/Work Environment

    Onsite in Fremont, CA

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

    Must be able to lift and move up to 20 pounds at a time.

    Benefits

    Comprehensive compensation package includes base salary + generous RSUs. Salary range for this role is $120,000 - $175,000 (DOE)
