The Rockbridge Area Health Center is currently recruiting a full-time Dental Patient Access Representative to join our team.

As a Dental Patient Access Representative, you will be an active participant in the mobile dental program and assist in the administration and maintenance of an efficiently operated clinic. Your day will consist of supporting the duties and functions of the RAHC dental front desk area and ensure they are carried out with accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality. You will handle phone and in-person patient scheduling requests for services, patient payments and be responsible for data input into our electronic health records system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• Front and back-office health care experience, preferably in dental care.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
