    We have 3 kids. 12, 3 and 4. We have a permanent Nanny, but need a sitter when she'll unable to make it. However, as we plan to have more children we'll have a regular schedule for a new sitter
    We need the sitter to look after the kids, perform child projects, dinner time, and bedtime routines.
