    Job Description and Tasks:
    Systems Engineer - Lead: employs best practices of system engineering and software development lifecycle frameworks; assists in maintaining, modifying, and updating technical documents, model-based system artifacts, and organizational metrics
    The Lead uses Agile DevOps methodologies to deliver requirements rapidly, adhere to modular software design principles for reproducible and testable code; using Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment concepts and tools
    Use Agile Development Operations (DevOps) to conduct research and development; analyze and recommend system engineering improvements for enhanced cyber hardware and software concepts

    Provide support in the documentation of system and system variant baselines, to include processing project management data as received, updating project files and the preparation of: (1) schedules; (2) progressive/special reports and supporting documentation; and (3) Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms).

    Production Installation Support (OPN).

    Prepare or assist in installation planning documentation and installation plans.

    Requirements Gathering Support (RDT&E):

    The contractor shall assist in collecting, evaluating and decomposing requirements throughout the system and software production.
    Engineering Support (All Appropriation Types):

    The Engineering Support tasking may be funded by multiple appropriations depending on the requirement. For example, tasking associated with system engineering; and software development will be funded with RDT&E, e.g. section b described below.

    Production support efforts and taskings may be funded by OPN to ensure replenishment of spares is in accordance with agile development processes and updates to technical documentation.

    Scalable Intelligence Analytics (RDT&E, OMN) The lead will support the design, development, prototyping, implementation, testing, integration, configuration management, training, and maintenance of large-scale data analytics techniques and technologies, cloud computing infrastructure, data processing architectures, and cloud based service delivery models

    Experience:

    7 years of professional experience with cybersecurity engineering.

    Education:
    Bachelor's level degree in a systems engineering or architect discipline.
    Certification Requirements.
    At least one of the following: CCNA -Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP certifications
