Salary Range:
Min. $18.00/hr - Max $20.00/hr

The Diagnostic Medical Imaging Care Associate functions as a member of the patient care-centered health team under the supervision of the Diagnostic Technologist in the following:

Assisting the Technologist in completing activities of daily operation and

assuring patient safety.

Assuring the safety and cleanliness of the Unit, as well as maintaining

supplies and equipment.

Relating to and assisting patients, families, and other health care workers with

respect and kindness.

Education - Must hold a high school diploma or general education degree.

Licensure, Certification & Registrations Current BLS for Healthcare Provider, CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification (BLS course can be taken post-hire during department orientation process).

Experience:

six months related experience in a hospital setting or completion of certified paramedic, EMT or medical corpsman training preferred but not mandatory.
