- 4 to 12 years of experience with new building design, renovations, adaptive reuse and/or condition assessments over a wide variety of project types and markets, including commercial, institutional, educational, public and industrial facilities
- Performing structural analysis and design with a wide range of materials, such as concrete, structural steel, masonry, wood and cold form metal.
- Performing investigations, site visits and other field work
- Preparing calculations, drawings, condition assessment reports or field reports
- Performing and/or supervising structural engineering efforts
- Quality assurance and quality control of projects
- Fostering existing and developing new client relationships
- Minimum years of work experience:4-12
- Specific Degree Requirement:Minimum of a BS in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures
- LicenseRequired:PE
- Computer Skills:MS Office (Word and Excel), RAM SS, RAM Elements or STADD, AutoCAD, and Revit
- Experienced with building design, assessment and renovation.
- Excellent communication skills.
