As a communications specialist on our team, you'll closely impact the development of creative solutions to complex problems. Your self-guided yet collaborative spirit will shape and nurture relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients as you develop and implement communications strategies that inform, educate, and inspire the client's workforce, reinforce core values, and convey information about critical client initiatives.
As a collaborator on all aspects of oral and written communications, you will perform a variety of duties, including creating and implementing communications plans to gain employee buy-in of client initiatives, drafting and editing internal and enterprise-wide news and information to inform the client's workforce, including regular newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, and articles, develop and manage content for the client's web site, such as event notices, articles, and leadership messages, and create collateral content, as needed. This role requires 100% onsite delivery.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
