    Description

    Job Title: EMR System Specialist at Hendrick Medical Center



    Job Description: Looking for someone with experience in Allscripts or a similar EMR system.


    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of experience
    • Must live at least 150 miles away from our facilities
    • Ability to work night shifts (7pm - 7am)
    • State license required upon acceptance
    • Minimum of 36 guaranteed hours per week

    Additional Information:

    • Specialty Type: Med-surg Adult, Observation, Telemetry Nurse
    • General Certifications required: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, NIHSS
    • Contract Length: 13 weeks

    Notes:

    • Facility conducts drug screening on-site
    • Travelers need to have their email on agency profiles for efficient communication
    • Travelers must be prepared to pay for any health services received during assignment
    • Random drug screenings for staff in place since April 1, 2014

    Holidays Observed:

    • New Years Day
    • Memorial Day
    • July 4th
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day

    Orientation:

    • Facility provides orientation on job responsibilities and policies
    • Salary paid for 16 hours of orientation
    • All Inclusive hourly rate for additional hours
    • Agency must work a minimum of 3 scheduled shifts post-orientation to be paid
