The Healthcare Tech Med/Surg assists the licensed nursing staff with personal care and hygiene needs of patients under their direction. They facilitate communication with other departments, visitors, patients, medical staff, and employees.- Maintains unit supplies by stocking nurse servers, cleaning instruments and equipment.
- Collects data on assigned patients as directed by Registered Nurse (RN) and ensures accurate documentation.
