    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at We Are Komodo in our LA office.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies for our clients, as well as building out our digital marketing offering and proposal to sell to clients.

    They will work closely with our Campaign Management, Social Media, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, delivering on the objectives set out.

    Responsibilities

    ·


    Develop and execute paid and digital marketing strategies for Komodo globally, taking into account content strategy required across different platforms.

    ·

    Build out our digital marketing offering and proposal that can be sold into clients.
    ·


    Conduct market analysis of competitor agencies, ensuring our offering to clients is in line and better than other agencies within the US market.

    ·

    Assist clients in creating and executing the digital acquisition strategy, focused on growing traffic and revenue.
    ·

    Proactively look at new business opportunities for Komodo as an agency and actively outreach in line with senior management in the strategy
    ·

    Coordinate marketing campaigns against the client marketing calendar, ensuring stakeholder alignment across the business.
    ·

    Create digital ads for individual brands across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google.
    ·

    Use reporting tools to track campaign performance and identify any risks or concerns.
    ·

    Work closely with the creative team to develop assets for campaigns.
    ·

    Compile overall brand/activity status reports for review by senior team members.
    ·

    Research and communicate with third-party suppliers where appropriate.
    ·

    Support the administration of projects where appropriate.
    ·

    Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations, including GDPR and industry governance.

    Requirements

    ·

    Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    ·


    At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search, social media advertising, and content marketing.

    ·

    Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns for clients across various industries.
    ·

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement.
    ·

    Experience in managing budgets and delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
    ·

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
    ·


    Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and experience using reporting tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics.

    ·

    Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
    Creative problem solver with a can-do attitude and a passion for innovation.
