    Description

    A FQHC is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.

    While in Northern Connecticut, explore the picturesque town of Litchfield, known for its historic architecture and boutique shops.

    Credentialing timeframe is about 3 weeks. Support staff includes 4 other clinical directors, 9 to 11 mid-levels (2 podiatrists, part-time MDs). The schedule is Mon-Fri 40 hours per week. Duties will be 50/50 admin and seeing patients. The facility uses NextGen EMR. COVID vaccine is mandatory.

    Dates Needed: ASAP - 3 months minimum, creds take 3 weeks
