Schedule

Night shift: 7 PM - 7:30 AM, with every other weekend required. No call requirement.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will primarily work on the Respiratory unit, including care for COVID-19 patients, and may occasionally float between various Med-Surg units such as Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Respiratory unit and other Med-Surg units as needed.
• Monitor patient conditions and perform necessary assessments.
• Administer treatments and medications in accordance with care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Ohio RN license and BLS certification required.
• A minimum of 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience is necessary.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR is required; no refresher classes available.
• Ability to read Telemetry; competency will be tested on the first day of employment.
