- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- Current valid license/registration in the applicable State. Maintenance of an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license throughout the employment in good standing is essential.
- Preferred one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification at the time of hiring or to be obtained during orientation. The CPR certification must be kept up to date throughout the employment.

Paid Time Off (PDO) benefit allows for accrual of time off for various reasons such as sickness, absences, tardiness, vacations, and personal time at a rate of 4.66 minutes for every hour worked, after successfully completing the initial period. The accrual rates increase based on tenure.
HOLIDAYS:
Eight holidays are compensated at one and a half times the regular rate if worked and meeting the specified criteria.

coverage commences on the first day of the month following four weeks of minimum 20-hour workweeks.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Pre-tax account for medical and dependent care expenses is available.
Group Life Insurance:

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN will provide quality nursing care to patients through personal interactions and services to support patients in achieving or maintaining their highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in the patient's condition and overseeing, instructing, and clinically supervising CNAs on a daily basis.
