    Come build The Disney of the 21st Century with us by developing our books, audiobooks, creation of games, TV shows and moviesWhat you'll doProvide guidance and training to internal teams to ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines, fostering a brand-centric culture within the organizationThis individual will be responsible for creating and clarifying brand inputs to brand architecture, brand identity, product and feature roadmaps, and campaign development to positively shift perceptions, influence desired customer behaviors, and grow our businessDevelop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the company's global market positioning and achieve business objectivesConduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights, translating findings into actionable brand strategiesDefine and articulate the brand's unique value proposition; ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touch points to build a strong and cohesive brand identityCollaborate with cross-functional teams; including marketing, product development, and business development to align brand strategies with overall business goals and ensure consistent brand representationDrive brand innovation by identifying opportunities for differentiation, staying ahead of market trends, and implementing creative solutions to set the brand apart in the industryAssess opportunities or challenges for our brands that result from changing conditions in the category or the world at large and make related recommendationsDevelop and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity, ensuring all communications align with the brand strategy and standardsBuild and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of the brand vision and fostering brand advocacyEstablish key performance indicators (KPI's) to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvementWho you are: 5+ years of experienceA proven track record of bringing creative and innovative ideas to the table, fostering brand differentiation and resonance in the marketSolid analytical skills to interpret data, derive meaningful insights, and use metrics for informed decision-makingExceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate brand messages effectively and maintain consistent brand communicationA creative mindset with the ability to innovate and differentiate the brand in a competitive environmentDeep understanding of the target audience and a customer-centric approach to shaping brand strategiesExperience in brand and agency/consulting firms to see a variety of brand strategy application You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with change and operating without all of the informationHigh level of interdepence in order to push big projects with multiple statekholder and touchpointsExperience building a brandStrong Powerpoint and presentation skillsWhat we offer: Explore our 401k plan, designed to help you save for the future.
