Responsibilities
- Collect specimens according to established procedures.
- This includes drug screens biometric screening insurance exams Administer oral solutions according to established training Research test/client information confirm verify all written electronic orders by utilizing lab technology systems Client contact approved tools Obtain identification accurately enter billing information collect payments when required following corporate policies Processing specimens including labeling centrifuging aliquoting freezing preparing for transport as required by test order Perform all non-patient facing duties inventory stock supplies sanitizing filing answering phones utilizing email as appropriate Read understand comply with departmental policies protocols procedures Assist compilation submission statistics data when required Maintain all appropriate phlebotomy logs timely manner frequency such maintenance logs temperature logs Complete online person training courses timely
