Job summary
This navigation position is based out of Methodist Hospital in the San Antonio, TX Area. It will also support our Methodist Stone Oak and Methodist Hospital Northeast facilities.
- Serve as a member of the multidisciplinary team and serve as an advocate and educator for cancer patients from diagnosis through the end of active treatment.
- Ensure the patient remains compliant with the treatment plan by building relationships with patients and physicians and coordinating the plan of care, education, resource provision, and/or representation within the multidisciplinary care environment.
