    Description

    Oak View Group, a global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services, is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities.

    Compensation:

    The hourly rate for this position is estimated between $13 to $15, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching for eligible employees.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the proper maintenance and cleaning of all facilities, both interior and exterior.
    • Perform custodial tasks as required, including operation of various cleaning machines.
    • Assist colleagues as needed and follow all rules of conduct and safety.

    Requirements:

    • Able to follow oral and written instructions, respond well to direction, and operate two-way radio equipment.
    • Prior knowledge of general housekeeping procedures in a commercial facility or exposure to such procedures is preferred.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and perform duties that require standing for extended periods and working with cleaning chemicals.
