    Job Description

    We are seeking qualified Production Supervisors for 1st and 2 shifts to join our team. The Production Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met on their shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive parts industry and production, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Study production schedules and estimate work hour requirements for job assignments.
    • Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.
    • Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
    • Analyze and resolve work problems, assisting workers as needed.
    • Initiate plans to motivate workers and achieve production goals.
    • Maintain production records and coordinate activities of plant personnel.
    • Enforce safety compliance and provide training on OSHA regulations and company safety rules.
    • Report machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
    • Collect and report on monthly measurable goals.
    • Identify job openings, establish performance goals, and conduct employee evaluations.
    • Coach employees, resolve performance or conduct issues, and develop action plans with HR when necessary.
    • Control documents and data within the functional area, applying corrective and preventive action processes as needed.
    • Provide 24/7 support if applicable.

    Required Skills/Qualifications:

    • Undergraduate Degree with 2 years of experience in Auto/HD Parts or Inventory Management.
    • Automotive parts manufacturing production experience 3 plus years.
    • Supervisor experience 1 plus years
    • Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience.
    • Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of auto parts and inventory management.
    Benefits:
