    The Indianapolis Colts are seeking a Training Camp Intern to contribute to the Indianapolis Colts off-site training camp. This role will support the Football Operations department by planning and executing the Club's training camp move and daily operation. You will make integral contributions as a Colts team member and will gain real hands-on experience and exposure to an NFL organization.

    The Training Camp Intern will report to the Director of Football Operations and collaborate with other departments and business partners throughout the internship: August September 2024.

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    Training Camp duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

    • Plan and execute all moving logistics from Club's facility to training camp site
    • Set up, maintain and breakdown the training camp facility
    • Execute daily training camp responsibilities with various departments
    • Transport coaches, players, staff and guests to and from airport, training camp hotel and facility
    • Manage training camp documents including inventory sheets and meeting room diagrams
    • Act as primary contact and maintain working relationships with various vendors
    • Manage inventory and organization of assigned areas throughout the building
    • Support various departments with miscellaneous projects
    • Assist with team travel tasks as assigned to prepare for the upcoming season
    • Additional responsibilities as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship
    • Willing to relocate to the greater Indianapolis area for the duration of the internship
    • Effective communicator with a strong work ethic
    • Highly motivated and passionate about working in sports
    • Detail-oriented and organized; flexible with the ability to multi-task
    • Ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
    • Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle
    • Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
