- Plan and execute all moving logistics from Club's facility to training camp site
- Set up, maintain and breakdown the training camp facility
- Execute daily training camp responsibilities with various departments
- Transport coaches, players, staff and guests to and from airport, training camp hotel and facility
- Manage training camp documents including inventory sheets and meeting room diagrams
- Act as primary contact and maintain working relationships with various vendors
- Manage inventory and organization of assigned areas throughout the building
- Support various departments with miscellaneous projects
- Assist with team travel tasks as assigned to prepare for the upcoming season
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
- Legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship
- Willing to relocate to the greater Indianapolis area for the duration of the internship
- Effective communicator with a strong work ethic
- Highly motivated and passionate about working in sports
- Detail-oriented and organized; flexible with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
- Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays

The Indianapolis Colts are seeking a Training Camp Intern to contribute to the Indianapolis Colts off-site training camp. This role will support the Football Operations department by planning and executing the Club's training camp move and daily operation. You will make integral contributions as a Colts team member and will gain real hands-on experience and exposure to an NFL organization.
The Training Camp Intern will report to the Director of Football Operations and collaborate with other departments and business partners throughout the internship: August September 2024.
