    Title: Administrative Assistant IIILocation: Orlando, FLDuration: 1 year (Potential to convert )Start Time (AM/PM): 8:30 amEnd Time (AM/PM): 5:30 pmDescription
    • This position is NonExempt and hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
    • Proficient in three or more vendor software programs specifically required by a department.
    • Provides clerical support to three or more department managers, along with their staff.
    • Duties may include: preparing correspondence, report and presentation creation, database creation/management, and calendar/email management.
    • Previous high-level secretarial experience is required.
    • Minimal supervision is provided.
    • This is a mid-level position- for a candidate that has solid tactical Administrative Skills, organization being the most important.
    • Candidate needs to be able to multi-task, have high attention to detail and have excellent computer skills.
    • At least 3- 5 Years of experience in administrative experience, if they have previous Facility experience that is a plus.
    • MS Office- proficient to advanced in Excel and PowerPoint, along with working with tasks and OneNote Candidate needs to have clear concise written and verbal communication along with experience with technology and software
    • This position will support various departments.
    • They will be handling conference room management, calendars, helping with seating rotations and charts.
    • The department supports the director, CFP, associate director, and other SR leaders.
