We are seeking a Project Manager - Telecommunications & Network Cabling Industry to become an integral part of our team You will design and configure data communication systems, build and manage a team, and identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Supervise installation and maintenance of communication systems.

Maintain high standards in a professional and ethical manner.

Hire, manage, and when necessary, terminate project "site" staff.

Define performance metrics.

Work with major suppliers and contractors to meet and exceed project schedule estimate.

Manage and report on each project through status reporting processes.

Manage the QA QC program and its implementation for each project.

Conduct site visits regularly.

Manage multiple projects from home office and assist in estimating as required.

Process and review shop drawings, submittals and subcontracts.

Provide training and support to telecommunications personnel.

Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions.

Order and maintain inventory stock supplies.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

5+ years experience as a PM in

telecommunications,

electrical engineering, or other related fields.

Excellent communication and writing skills.

Proficient in MS applications and web-based technologies.

Familiarity with telecommunications equipment

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
