Parts Order Fulfillment Analyst

Thibodaux, LA - Full Time

Productive Resources ( ) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at John Deere's facility in Thibodaux, Louisiana.

As a member of our team, the selected candidate will be

responsible for evaluating existing business processes, recommend and implement process improvements, assist and/or lead resolving business process problems and serves as a resource for addressing daily production or process related issues.

May include developing recommending and implementing pricing strategies, developing Order Fulfillment Process (OFP) processes, and recommending master schedule changes.

This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.

Duties:

Work directly with the customer support, supply management, and design teams to determine the service parts requirements for our new product programs.

Responsible for executing the workflow necessary to set up new service parts to include the initial stocking quantities for the various global parts distribution centers and tracking progress until 100% of the parts are stocked.

Involved in various business improvement projects for Thibodaux, including inventory management.

Key metrics for this position include 95% fill percentage at the global depots and 100% ISO Fill percentage for new product programs.

Requirements:
Order fulfillment experience.

Data analysis and forecasting experience.

Collaboration with cross functional teams, supply management, operations, and material flow.

MS Office experience.


Preferred Skills:
SAP experience
