Strategic Partners Program Analyst - Salt Lake City

Job summary
The Strategic Partner Program Analyst reports directly to a Program Manager and is responsible for assisting and supporting with the administrative aspects of the day-to-day oversight, supervision, and management of a designated Strategic Partner. Duties may include but are not limited to coordinating ongoing review of partner contractual obligations, debt sale marketing materials complaint management issue management weekly reporting tracking participation in strategy discussions conducting various training courses providing content for focus groups The Program Analyst interacts with and supports each respective department within the Bank third-party resources required for ongoing oversight reviews monitoring.- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3 years in the financial industry Good people management interpersonal skills ability to work well in a team individual basis Excellent ability analyze complex issues identify suitable solutions Ability interact effectively other departments operate fast-paced environment minimal supervision Assertive self-starter exceptional professional verbal/written skills highly organized able work independently finish assigned projects Solid working knowledge computer systems software changing technology Attention detail plan strategically execute tenaciously Experience FinTech consumer lending bank cards small business lending regulated environment FDIC UDFI highly desired Even Better
