The Manager Inventory Operations serves as the operational leader for all product intake back of house organization and inventory execution within Harry Potter Shop New York.
Responsibilities
- Lead full product intake process for Harry Potter New York ensuring timely accurate receiving processing and movement of merchandise through the space connecting with delivery partners and warehouse closely on a daily basis.
- Oversee all back of house operations including stockroom layout storage standards organization systems daily workflow planning deliver structured replenishment strategy that keeps sales floor fully stocked throughout trading hours driving density standards consistency partner with Visual Merchandising Sales leadership support product launches floor moves seasonal changes maintain full compliance with operational health safety inventory management processes identify opportunities streamline receiving storage stockroom workflows replenishment processes implement improved systems reduce labor hours increase accuracy or improve replenishment maintain strong facility standards cleanliness equipment maintenance adherence safety procedures own technology processes in-store relation receiving inventory management take responsibility personalization operations equipment processes inventory required drive cycle counts stock audits adjustments damages shrink control routines maintain consistently accurate inventory track analyse inventory metrics identify trends risks opportunities improvement partnering Inventory Systems Analyst data ensure accurate SKU-level documentation deliveries transfers returns damages adjustments maintaining constant visibility store inventory taking swift action support Senior Manager preparing reporting cross functional partners maintain role expert store knowing product quantities additional density requirements storage needs responsible communicating Merchandising team own reporting negative inventory stock adjustments damages best-before dates delivery discrepancies create action plans from planning execution review provide direct line management back house team enabling maintaining strong culture focused service employee morale high performance oversee recruitment training onboarding ongoing development roles engaging People Culture Talent Acquisition back filling swiftly conduct performance reviews leadership collaborate Senior Manager overseeing performance team members setting expectations standards clearly partner People Culture conducting disciplinary escalated people situations ensuring compliance WBD policies ensure clear expectations settings feedback tool improvement communicate conjunction Senior Manager creating safe thriving environment employees grow act deputy Senior Manager elevator responsibilities absence drive tech partnership relationship quickly reported tracked escalated raised request Director visibility shop floor back-house times driving experience service top priority qualifications competencies over years progressive retail leadership experience level overseeing high volume stores flagship locations relation.
