- Create & implement Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure compliance with Company & Industry Standards, including ISO standards
- Identify quality issues, recommend solutions, and create quality documentation
- Oversee operations of quality control systems
- Apply and analyze testing and inspection procedures
- Diagnose and correct improper quality control practices
- Oversee quality audits.Identify deficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Facilitate NCR and resolutions
- Perform periodic fabrication and assembly inspections
- Must possess good presentation and communication skills in both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of Windows Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Clear understanding of ISO and standards to ensure adherence to best practices and quality management systems
- Experience leading in a matrixed organization
- Must have a minimum of 5 years working experience in manufacturing
- Candidate must be able to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications
