The Divide County School District in Crosby, ND is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Elementary Music Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for music with students in grades K-6, helping them develop their musical talents and appreciation for the arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging music lessons for elementary students
- Teach students fundamental music concepts, including rhythm, melody, and music theory
- Organize and direct school music performances and events
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field
- Valid teaching license or certification in Music Education
- Strong musical skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
