    Description

    AARP Foundation seeks an exceptional Business Operations Specialist to join our team in supporting the efficient functioning of our operations. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, grant administration, financial management, and various operational tasks.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be proficient in MS Office Suite, and have experience with data entry, reconciliations, and quality control.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze data to recommend program and process improvements
    • Assist with management and provide oversight of business operations
    • Collaborate with program management to support stakeholder relationships
    • Perform project and process management activities as needed

    Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED required
    • 2+ years of administrative experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
    • Familiarity with OneNote and Nuance required

    AARP offers a competitive salary and benefits package including health, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, paid time off, and performance-based recognition.

    Estimated salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on location and experience.
