Pay Rate:
$65K-$80k / annual salary.
Job Summary:

This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests.
As a member of the Engineering Team, the Central Plant Manager will oversee daily operations of the central plant, plumbing shop, and related areas to ensure maintenance of systems in accordance with standard practices and codes.
What you will be doing:
Direct and manage all functions of central plant and plumbing operations.
Ensure quality water treatment and emergency generators operate properly and meet insurance requirements.
Track and document all fuel and utility usage.
Coordinate work with outside contractors.
Ensure work is completed on time, budget and to specifications.
Ensure compliance with all above ground and underground fuel tanks.
Knowledge of all company rules, regulations, policies & procedures
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or University or ten years related experience.
Mechanics I, Journeyman Plumber License preferred.
Valid U.S. Driver's License preferred
Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.
