What You'll Be Doing:
Provide physical therapy in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting at the beautiful Hover Senior Living Community in Longmont, CO, a nonprofit SNF that operates off the GreenHouse model—not your typical SNF
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for older adults
Collaborate with a team of therapists and community staff for holistic care
Document timely, accurate notes in a supportive, non-corporate environment
Adapt and think creatively—your ideas are welcomed and encouraged
